Mark Kohner, Executive Chef
Mark has over 14 years of experience and has worked at several Italian restaurants and country clubs over the years including La Grolla Italian Restaurant in St. Paul, MN, Pazzaluna Urban Italian in St. Paul, MN and The Wayzata Country Club in Wayzata, MN. His talent and experience is an asset to the restaurant as he develops a brand new lineup of homemade dishes for the lunch and dinner menus.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Montana-Missoula and has worked in the restaurant industry since 1995. He is passionate about using only the finest, freshest ingredients to prepare homemade dishes unlike anything customers could get in Southern Minnesota.
